The forest is the main place of action in the Masha and the Bear series.
Description[]
In the forest, there live the three bears (the Bear, the Lady Bear, and the Himalayan Bear), as well as wolves, hares, squirrels, hedgehogs and other animals.
The forest is predominantly coniferous: there are many spruce and pine trees on which squirrels live, but there are also deciduous ones, for example, birches. Through the forest there flows a river on which frogs live. There are also many hills, on one of which located an ambulance car, which the wolves use as their own home. Bear's house is as well in the forest.
Near the forest, there is a sunflower field, chosen by butterflies, behind which are located the railway tracks and further Masha's house.
